Salon Terms at Clevedon Salon

PLEASE READ THE BELOW GUIDELINES BEFORE BOOKING ANY APPOINTMENTS.
*When booking appointments online for any chemical services, a team member will contact you the next working day to collect  30% on-refundable booking fee 

*Please ask a member of staff for the terms and conditions of our salon monthly offers before booking appointments.

* 48HR patch test is required before any colour service and 30% non-refundable deposit.
*Please be sure you need your appointment if booking online as appointments are going to be highly in demand and cancellation fees will apply.

*Only two adults can accompany the child within the children’s salon

*Please be respectful to all staff members 

CUSTOMER SALON ARRIVAL GUIDELINES AND DURING YOUR VISIT
*All staff will be wearing PPE during your visit where necessary 
*The salon will be continuously assessed and sterilised/cleaned throughout the day.
*Wash facilities will be available for customers upon entering the premises.
*All clients and staff have the option to wear a face mask during the time within the salon, please respect their decision.

*We are very lucky to have space within our salon, but please respect other salon clients and staff on preference to social distancing.
*Hand sterilising spray / gel will be available to use via bathroom 
*We are now able to offer magazines, hot and cold drinks with a small treat. 
*Please always respect the staff and others within our salons.

*Card payments are highly recommended, Card payments £5 and over, Cash payments are accepted but please be mindful on change we have.
