Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of any hairdressing services need to be made 48hrs prior to appointment.

Cancellations made under 48hrs will occur a 50% charge of any hairdressing service appointment booked.

Any cancellations that are repeated more than 3 times, full payment of service will need to be made.

Cancellations made outside of our opening times will NOT BE ACCEPTED, due to team members not being able to access salon or booking system.

The purpose of cancellation fees is to protect the team members and company from financial losses.
