PRODUCTS.

No refunds can be given on any retail products once purchased.

Any faulty retail products can be replaced.

HAIR SERVICES.

All hairdressing service are carried out by qualified stylists working within the salon.

OUR COMPLAINT PROCEDURE.

If you are unhappy with your service for any reason, please contact the salon within 48hrs and discuss with the manager of the day, given as much detail and photos as possible.

The procedure will then continue to the outcomes below:

  1. The appointment will be rebooked at the earliest convenient day and time for both customer and manager
  2.  Full refund of service will be given to the customer if still unhappy with hairdressing service.
