General Salon Policy

AGE AND OTHER RESTRICITIONS

13- 17years of age require written parental consent of chemical hair services.

The stylist within the salon has the right to refuse any hairdressing service if customer hair is not in a healthy state to complete service or feels in an uncomfortable position.

LATE ARRIVALS

The team understand that sometimes being late is out of your control.

The team member will do their very best to accommodate late arrivals, by continuing to complete hairdressing service within the time left of booked service at full price.

STAFF ILLNESS

Unfortunately, a team member may need to cancel or change the time of your appointment, due to staff illness/emergency. You will be notified as soon as possible, and no charge will be applied.

GENERAL APPOINTMENT BOOKING INFORMATION.

* Senior citizens 20% discount are on Wednesdays only (not on any chemical services)

* Gift vouchers are available

* Any offers received can only be used one at a time.

* No colour service will be completed without a 48hr prior skin test

* Cash and major credit cards are accepted

* Consultation will be given prior to appointment

* After care advice will be given on correct hair products to use at home.
