PLEASE READ THE BELOW GUIDELINES BEFORE BOOKING ANY APPOINTMENTS.

*A change in Government guidelines may mean salons will need to close, if this happens then your appointment will be re-scheduled or cancelled and will not be subject to any salon policy charges.

*When booking appointments online for any chemical services, a team member will contact you the next working day to collect a £20 deposit.

*Groupon or other vouchers will only be accepted after the salon has been re-open for a month.

*Please ask a member of staff the terms and conditions of our salon monthly offers before booking appointments.

* 48 hour patch test will be required before any colour service can be carried out.

*Please be sure you need your appointment as appointments are going to be highly in demand and cancellation fees will apply.

*Any children of 0-11 years can book appointments at any time of the salon opening times.

*Only one adult can accompany children within the salon.

*Any booking over £50 will incur a £20 deposit payment upon booking.

*Please note our cancellation policy of 48hrs prior to appointment, 50% charge will apply and non- refunded £20.

CUSTOMER SALON ARRIVAL GUIDELINES AND DURING YOUR VISIT

*All staff will be wearing PPE during your visit.

*The salon will be continuously assessed, sterilised and cleaned throughout the day for the safety of everyone.

*Wash facilities will be available for customers upon entering the premises.

*All clients and staff have the option to wear a face mask during the time within the salon , Please respect their decision.

*We are very lucky to have space within our salon, but please respect other salon clients and staff on preference to social distancing.

*Hand sterilising spray / gel will be available to use.

*We are now able to offer magazines, hot and cold drinks with a small treat.

*Please respect the staff and others within our salons at all times.

*Card payments are our preferred payment and will only be accepted for transactions £5 and over.

*Cash payments can only be accepted if you have the correct amount.
