PLEASE READ THE BELOW GUIDELINES BEFORE BOOKING ANY APPOINTMENTS.
*If the government changes the guidelines and salons need to close , then your appointment will be re-scheduled or cancelled without any salon policy charges.
*When booking appointments online for any chemical services, a team member will contact you the next working day to collect the £20 non refundable deposit.
*No vouchers will be accepted until one month after both salons have re-opened.
*Please ask a member of staff the terms and conditions of our salon monthly offers before booking appointments.
* 48HR patch test is required before any colour service and £20 non refundable deposit.
*Please be sure you need your appointment as appointments are going to be highly in demand and cancellation fees will apply.
*Any children of 0-11 years can book appointments at any time of the salon opening times. Only one adult can accompany the child within the salon.
*£20 deposit will need to be paid with treatments that cost over £50 on booking.
*Please note our cancellation policy of 48hrs prior to appointment, 50% charge will apply and non- refunded £20.
* £20 deposit will be taken off your service bill.
CUSTOMER SALON ARRIVAL GUIDELINES AND DURING YOUR VISIT
*All staff will be wearing PPE during your visit.
*The salon will be continuously assessed, sterilised and cleaned throughout the day.
*Wash facilities will be available for customers upon entering the premises.
*All clients and staff have the option to wear a face mask during the time within the salon , Please respect their decision.
*We are very lucky to have space within our salon, but please respect other salon clients and staff on preference to social distancing.
*Hand sterilising spray / gel will be available to use.
*We are now able to offer magazines, hot and cold drinks with a small treat.
*Please respect the staff and others within our salons at all times.
*Card payments are our preferred payment and will only be accepted for transactions £5 and over, Cash payments can only be accepted if you have the correct amount.
